Hi, I’m Giovanna, also known as “G”

I wanted to take a minute to actually introduce myself, not just what I do, but who I am.


I’m born and raised in Michigan, proudly Italian, married, and a mom of two. I’m also a homeowner who truly loves new homes and new designs. I always notice the little details, and my background in Fashion Design means that finishes, layouts, and quality really matter to me.


I must say that I really LOVE what I do. I love helping buyers and sellers all over Macomb County and the surrounding areas, with a big focus on new construction. I help you pick the right community, the right lot, and the right options, and I explain everything clearly so you’re never left guessing. I also help with resale homes and relocation to Michigan.



I grew up around homebuilding, so I understand what actually goes into a home. I’ve been licensed for over 20 years, and my goal isn’t just to get you to the closing table, it’s to protect your time, your money, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way with clear communication.


To me, this isn’t “just real estate.”
It’s your life and your next chapter, and I’ll guide you through it step by step.
